SMS alert to a group on reporting the abnormality On reporting an abnormality an SMS is generated by the system to the person whose mobile phone has been configured in the configuration console for the particular type of abnormality. The train number, Loco number, crew name is taken rom the system while the message type is added to it. A typical message can be "Sh RAM KISHAN WHILE WORKING NBOX, LOCO NO 23456 HAS REPORTED TRACK LURCH.
SMS feedback on closing the Abnormality The supervisor has to essentially close the abnormality. Whenever the abnormality is closed an SMS is generated by the system which goes to the crew who reported the abnormality as a closing message. Also the remarks of the supervisor and the name of the supervisor are communicated to the user.
